This policy explains what data Metabolic Tea Ritual collects, why, and your choices. Data controller: Flowazy, a brand operated by EcomX S. de R.L., a limited liability company organized in the Republic of Panama.

1. What we collect

• Quiz answers: goal, body type, age range, weight and height, routine, sleep, water, preferences and, if you choose to share them, health conditions, plus your first name and email.
• Checkout: name and email. Payment is processed by Whop; we never receive your full card number.
• In the app: your profile and progress, so the same routine opens on another device.
• Browsing and measurement: pages and steps viewed, clicks, device and approximate location, through Microsoft Clarity, RedTrack, VTurb and our own analytics.

2. Why we use it

• to build and show your personalized routine;
• to send your access emails and sign-in codes;
• to email your plan and, if you did not finish checkout, a reminder;
• to send reminders only if you turn them on;
• to measure and improve our pages and ads;
• to meet legal and tax obligations.

3. Who we share it with

Only the services that run the product: Whop (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (hosting), Microsoft Clarity, RedTrack and VTurb (measurement), and Apple or Google notification services if you turn on reminders. Ad platforms such as Taboola and MGID may receive a conversion signal tied to the ad click, without your name or email. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How long we keep it

While you have access to the Service and afterwards only as long as required by law.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to opt out of marketing emails, at any time. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by that law. 6. Cookies

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your answers and measure visits.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
